How do I update non-compatible Intel 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family Video Card for Sims 3?
We purchased Sims 3 for the PC and have been unable to play it – crashes the machine. We have a Dell 4700 which I upgraded to 2 GB and downloaded all the recommended audio and video drivers from dell.com.
All system requirements seem to be fine. However, EA Support told me the following:
I have reviewed your issue and attached DxDiag file, and show that your video card is the following:
Intel(R) 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family
This card is not compatible as per the below website:

Does anyone know how I can upgrade this video card and do you think the game would work if I did so?
Buy a new graphics card, it’s your only option. I’d recommend getting an NVIDIA 9800 GT. It runs the game excellent and it’s not expensive. Go on newegg.com and there’s a huge selection of cards at liquidated prices.
